First and foremost we have to clarify that there is a difference between team building and team bonding. Team Building activities, briefly explained, means “activites that help make a better team”.

Team Bonding refers to activites that build bonds among participants. For example, going to the cinema, bowling, going for a buffet dinner, fishing, roller blading… etc. Anything under the sun that helps participants get together, enjoy themselves and build their relationships.

Since any activity that help us build better teams can be considered team building, team bonding can be considered a sub set of team building. The requirements for team building will also be more stringent as compared to team bonding.

Team Bonding Games

After years of running team building programs for our clients, we realised that our staff are actually more than ready to help any organisation conduct team bonding sessions as well. When we say “staff” we mean just the staff, without the trainers. We call these team bonding sessions.

Team bonding sessions are recommended for clients who are keen to gel their participants, to help them build bonds, but are not too adamant about brining out important lessons so as to improve team performances. These session are designed to be extremely fun, and our staff are trained to engage the participants in our games and deliver great fun!

Team Building Activities
Team building sessions are for clients who are particular about learning outcomes, observations and debriefs. Our team building packages are conducted by our in house certified trainers who have at least 2 years’ experience with conducting team building games for MNCs, with exposure to participants from various countries around the world.

Our team building sessions  are designed to bring out important team lessons as well as impart soft skills to the participants. Through experiential learning, our participants go through a first person experience of a situation and reacts upon it. During the debrief session, our trainers will step them through the games and point out positive behaviours as well as areas of improvements. Having experienced the situation for themselves, the learning outcomes stays better with the participants, as opposed to just listening to a story.

Team Building  & Team Bonding Charges

We have 2 types of packages to choose from:

1. Team building conducted by our experienced staff starts from S$50 per pax nett

2.  Team building packages conducted by one of our trainers START FROM $3,200 for half day sessions (i.e. MINIMUM price is $3,200 for small groups but prices will be adjusted based on games chosen and no. of participants) & from $4,000 onwards for full day sessions.

Prices excludes any venue & F&B charges.
